Kimchi and Seaweed soup is SUPER good for you esp when you are pregnant!

Since I have been home alone from church....I have a cold, I have had a lot of time to ponder on my pregnancy and the cravings I have. I just had half of jar of kimchi. I am def craving salty things with this baby. Kimchi is soooo good for you! Especially when the nutrients produced during the fermentation process(lactic acid bacteria and acetic acid) help protect against cancer and germs. Another korean dish is Seaweed soup! Traditionally in Korea, after a woman gives birth; she eats this delicious and nutrious seaweed soup for up to three months. It’s healing properties as well as help with breastmilk production is well touted in the old country . I am very Americanized since I grew up in the U.S. almost all my life. I want to bring a canteen full of the seaweed soup and rice to my birthing suite to have after the delivery.
